4.75/5 ⭐️ I get cold very easily, saw an ad for these and thought they would perfect. I get IVIG infusions every month and am there for about 5 hours each time. Having the ability to wear a sweatshirt during my infusion is great since I no longer have to struggle trying to keep a blanket over my arms and upper body every time I move or a nurse comes in to check my vitals. The nurses didn’t have any problems with my wearing it either, they had an easy time starting my IV and connecting/disconnecting the tubes with it on. The only problems I’ve noticed was that the drawstring comes out of the hood easily when I washed/dried them and the coating over the ends of the drawstring started coming off after the first wash. I have problems using my hands at the moment due to neuropathy, so struggled getting the drawstring back in. The second time I washed one, I found that tying the drawstring in a bow prevented this problem. Apart from those small issues, these are a great product and I’ll definitely be using them for all of my infusion days. They kept me warm and comfy, but they were fairly lightweight so I’d be interested in a thicker/heavier version (even fleece lined) for the colder winter months coming up.
Forget the flowers and good wishes. Bring something to someone who can NEED IT. Bought for my cousin but when my daughter saw the quality she asked me to order one for her for when she has to give blood ( has Hemochromatosis). Truly shows you are a caring person and very unique gift.
I just received my sweatshirt, the material is top quality, nice and thick. I would recommend this to anyone I know going through infusions. I’m bringing their card to my next infusion, I imagine I’ll get a lot of questions on where I got it.
Such a great concept, why didn’t I think of it! ❤️
The best for infusion days!!!! About time someone thought of this amazing idea! Forever greatful! 🧡😭
I think this is the best invention ever. As someone with multiple chronic diseases and that has to be hospitalized often I can’t tell you how excited I was to find this hoodie. The ER and hospital are always freezing but I can’t put on a jacket because the IV is always in the way. Well not anymore! Thank you so much!
