We'll send you a prepaid return label with full tracking. Your package is tracked from the moment you drop it off to the moment it reaches us - so you always know where it is, and we can confirm receipt and process your refund right away.

Pack and Ship Within 7 Days

Use a poly mailer or similar soft bag - like the one your order arrived in. Include your order number inside the package.

We'll send you a prepaid exchange label that covers both directions, with full tracking included. You'll know exactly where your package is the whole way - and we can confirm receipt the moment it arrives so we can get your new item out to you.

Use a poly mailer or similar soft bag - like the one your order arrived in. Include your order number. Need the new item sooner? You can repurchase it right away.

Full Policy Details

Timeframe: You have 30 days from purchase to request a return or exchange. Once approved, ship items back within one week.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items returned with odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use will incur a 5% cleaning/handling fee.

Defects: Report any defects within 10 days of receiving your order.

Lost packages: Report lost packages within 10 days.

Shipping: A BeWell prepaid return label is required for all returns ($7.95, deducted from your refund) and a prepaid exchange label is required for all exchanges ($12.95, covers both directions, invoiced when generated). Please provide your phone number when emailing us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packaging: Use a poly mailer or similar soft shipping bag, like the one your order arrived in. Do not use a box unless approved by our team. Additional carrier charges for oversized or heavier packaging will be deducted from the refund.

Note cards: Note cards are final sale and non-refundable. Because they are personalized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for note cards - even if the rest of the order is returned or exchanged.

Free shipping/gift orders: If your return brings your order total below the qualifying threshold, your refund will be adjusted to reflect standard shipping and/or the value of any free gift. Free gifts may be returned with the item to avoid being charged for them.

International orders: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders outside the U.S.

Common Questions

We provide prepaid labels for all returns and exchanges. Return labels are are deducted from your refund. Exchange labels cover both directions, and are invoiced when we generate them. Just include your phone number when you contact us - and for exchanges, the exact item you'd like instead.
We'll help you exchange for the right size or style. Just email us with the order number.
Gift notes are final sale and non-refundable. Because they are personalized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for note cards - even if the rest of the order is returned or exchanged.
We respond within 24 business hours. Refunds appear in 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
No problem! We'll help you exchange for the correct size.
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, don't worry! We can help you exchange or return the item. Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order. Also, we will cover the return shipping cost since it's defective and our fault. Fill out the form below to start the process.

If your order hasn't shipped yet: Email us immediately at hello@wearebewell.com and we'll do our best to update your address before it goes out.

If your order has already shipped: Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute or intercept it. Delivery to an incorrect address entered at checkout is the customer's responsibility.

If your package was delivered to the wrong address you provided: We are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement.

If your package is returned to us: You are responsible for reshipping costs. We will reach out to collect a new shipping fee before resending to the correct address.
