Returns & Exchanges

BeWell has a 30-day easy returns policy for our eligible store items**. If you aren't happy with your order, we offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days from your purchase date. We will authorize a return for any eligible item that is in new condition and unwashed/unused. Your order must be delivered prior to initiating a return for refund.

Your refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price less shipping fees.

Refunds are typically issued within 1-5 days from the date we receive your return shipment. Please email hello@wearebewell.com to initiate your return or exchange. Please let us know your name, order #, and reason for the return. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

**Please note that items marked as EXCHANGE ONLY/ FINAL SALE or items purchased with a 20% discount or higher are not eligible for a cash refund.

Defective Items

If an item is defective, we will refund the original purchase price plus shipping fees. If you would like to exchange the defective item, we will also pay for the associated shipping costs for a new item.
