Domestic Orders (U.S.)
BeWell ships to all 50 states. Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 via USPS First Class Mail. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Processing takes 1-2 business days; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. Once shipped, packages typically take 3-7 business days to reach their destination within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii may see increased shipping times of 10-15 days. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping times are an available upgrade at checkout.
- CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If we purchase your shipping label before you notify us, we will be unable to cancel it, unfortunately.
- INCORRECT ADDRESS: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct shipping address right away (hello@wearebewell.com). If we purchase your shipping label before you notify us, we will be unable to change it, unfortunately. If your item is shipped to the incorrect address, we aren't liable for the package. If it is "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect address, please see below.
- RETURN TO SENDER: We are unable to provide a full refund for orders that are marked as "Return to Sender". A refund will only be issued if the package arrives back at our warehouse in perfect condition, which isn't a guarantee as we do not receive most "Return to Sender" packages. If your "Return to Sender" package is deemed in perfect condition, a refund will be issued. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided when ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free interntional shipping at this time. Once shipped, packages typically take 7-15 business days, but in certain circumstances, packages can be held up in customs, sometimes taking 3-6 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, we don't have control of shipping after it leaves our warehouse. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping times are an available upgrade at checkout. Note: We are not liable/responsible for lost internataional packages.
*All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that your local government may not charge VAT or duties. However, if you are charged, we can't be responsible for these fees in any way as these aren't charged by us, and therefore, we don't receive any of the funds. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we can't add these costs to your checkout total. If you have any questions about taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office for more information. Finally, your order will not be refunded if refused because of VAT/taxes.
IMPORTANT!
Please confirm you entered the correct shipping address when you receive your order confirmation email. If you gave us the wrong shipping address when you ordered, please email us right away (hello@wearebewell.com) so we can update it in our system before your order is shipped. Orders are typically shipped within one business day so please don't wait to notify us.
If we ship to the wrong address because it's incorrect in our system, your package will be sent back to us (Return to Sender). Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for shipping cost in order to ship your package back to you again. If you choose not to have it resent back to you, you may be entitled to a full refund, less original shipping cost.
If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it, we will not send a replacement or issue a refund for at least ten (10) days because carriers may inadvertently mark packages as delivered, but they actually have not been. Because of this, packages usually are delivered within the 10-day timeframe after it was marked as delivered.
