I entered the wrong shipping address - what do I do?
We ship fast - most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, sometimes within hours of ordering. Here is what to do depending on where things stand:
Your order has not shipped yet
Email us immediately at hello@wearebewell.com and we will do our best to update the address before it goes out.
Your order has already shipped
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute or intercept it. Delivery to an incorrect address provided at checkout is the customer's responsibility.
Your package was delivered to the wrong address you provided
We are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement.
Your package is being returned to us
You are responsible for reshipping costs - original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will contact you to collect a new shipping fee before we resend the package to the correct address.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Reach us right away at hello@wearebewell.com. Once a shipping label has been purchased, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipping costs - original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the package arrives back in perfect condition and you choose not to have it reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
Your Responsibility
Please confirm your shipping address when your order confirmation arrives. We cannot be held liable for packages sent to an incorrect address or stolen from an unsafe delivery location.
Marked as Delivered But Not Received
Please allow 10 days before reaching out - carriers occasionally mark shipments as delivered early, and most packages arrive within that window. If 10 days have passed, contact us at hello@wearebewell.com.
Select Countries Only
We currently ship internationally to Canada and a small number of countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout via live carrier rates - free international shipping is not available.
Packages typically arrive within 7-15 business days, though customs processing can extend delivery to 3-6 weeks in some cases. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on destination.
All customs fees, taxes, import duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders will not be refunded if refused due to duties or taxes. We are not liable for lost international packages.
