I really wanted this sweater for my infusion so I snagged the last small size hoping it would fit well and my gosh it was perfect. Just enough oversize to make it super comfortable and keep me warm during my infusion. And the nurses were shocked that there are these “infusion sweatshirts/hoodies” being made (great chit chat topic). I cannot wait to purchase more!
I'm SO grateful I had this sweatshirt for my first Skyrizi infusion. I was so comfy cozy. The material is incredibly soft and my nurse thought the sleeves were the coolest thing ever. I wish I had this sweatshirt for all my other medication infusions in the past! It made the two-hour infusion one of the best I've had and I definitely plan to wear this to all future infusions and blood draws.

Thank you for the feedback, we completely understand how important ease of use is, especially for adaptive apparel. Our zippers are intentionally designed to be lightweight and flexible so they remain comfortable against the skin and easy to wear throughout long treatment days, rather than feeling heavy or bulky like traditional outerwear hardware. We opted to not go with metal zippers. These are warmer and less harsh to the skin.
That said, we know zipper preference can vary from person to person, and we truly appreciate the honest feedback. A lot of care goes into our products, from the custom adaptive design to the small-batch production and specialty construction, but we’re always listening and looking for ways to improve the experience for our community. We have not heard from you via email about returning it, if you are unhappy. Please reach out! We do not want you to keep something you do not love.

Soft fabric in an oversized, unisex fit. I followed the size chart for my hips, but the hoodie is huge on me. The cost of shipping to return or exchange is high (all costs on the customer, even for an exchange!), though, and makes me want to just donate the item rather than pay shipping three times to get the correct fit. Such a nice garment idea, so I hope the small business adjusts its customer service on exchanges.
