Runs small so order up a size or two. My son wears a youth medium for tops and we got an XL which fits perfectly. This is super soft, has stretch to it and is the ideal warmth for the chills you can get after a long day of IVIG. Cannot more highly recommend. Excellent customer service and quick shipping!
