Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Elburne, IL.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S., including Puerto Rico. It's possible that you may experience longer delivery times if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada. If you live outside the U.S. and want to purchase, email us at hello@wearebewell.com.

When will my order ship?

We try our best to ship out orders as soon as possible.  Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours. If you order after 12pm EST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the first business day of the following week.

I entered the wrong shipping address when I ordered, what do I do?

We ship fast - most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, sometimes within hours of ordering.

If your order hasn't shipped yet:
Email us immediately at hello@wearebewell.com and we'll do our best to update the address before it goes out.

If your order has already shipped:
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute or intercept it. Delivery to an incorrect address provided at checkout is the customer's responsibility.

If your package is delivered to the wrong address you provided:
We are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement.

If your package is returned to us:
You are responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact you to collect a new shipping fee before we resend the package to the correct address.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most U.S. orders take 3-7 business days to reach their destination. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, it may take a little longer, so please allow 10-15 business days. More information on the shipping costs and transit times can be found on our shipping policy page.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. For all other orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Check out our shipping page for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship to select countries outside of the U.S. However, if you're outside the U.S. and want to order, send us an email at hello@wearebewell.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Are gift note cards refundable?

Gift notes are final sale and non-refundable. Because they are personalized items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order containing a note card has been placed - even if the rest of the order is returned or exchanged.

Orders & Billing

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we haven't shipped it out. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@wearebewell.com. We typically ship orders out within 24 hours or faster so please don't wait to contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  In addition, we accept PayPal and Apple Pay, both of which also accept all major credit cards.

Is my payment data safe with you?

Yep! All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our website is built on Shopify's platform, which has something called SSL certificates. SSL certificates improve online security by encrypting our store's content and publishes it securely using HTTPS instead of HTTP.
