We may also connect this with other information we hold about you, such as your purchase history and browsing activity on the Services. We use this information to send you the text messages you signed up for, which may include order and shipping updates, customer service messages, and marketing or promotional messages, and to tailor those messages to you.
We will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, such as text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties. This does not include the service providers that help us operate our text messaging program (such as our messaging platform, Klaviyo, and wireless carriers), which process this information only on our behalf to deliver our messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Health-Related Information
Our products are designed for people managing medical treatments and chronic conditions. Some information you share with us, such as the products you buy, notes you include with an order or support request, answers to product-finder questions, reviews, content submissions, or donation program applications, may reveal or relate to a health condition or treatment. We collect and use this information only to provide the Services you request, fulfill your orders, respond to you, and administer the programs you apply to. We do not sell health-related information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising without your consent where consent is required by law.
