We always want you to be happy with your BeWell purchase. Not happy with what you received? Don't worry. Just contact us at hello@wearebewell.com, and we'll help you with the return/exchange process.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

You have 30 DAYS from purchase to return or exchange your items.

Once a return is approved, you have one week to ship it back to us, otherwise, your return will be voided.

We will authorize a return for any eligible item that is in new condition (with tags, if applicable) and unwashed/unused. Your order must be delivered prior to initiating a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping (over $150) or a free gift (over $100) and your return reduces the total order value under the respective threshold, the refund will be adjusted and equal the returned product(s) price less standard shipping fee and/or the full price of the free gift. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Note: if your items come back in not "like new" condition, i.e. perfume, laundry detergent/washed, stained, animal hair, etc., you will incur a 5% cleaning & handling fee.


*Please note that we currently cannot accept returns and exchanges for orders outside the U.S.

Pack & Ship:

If prompted to return your items, pack them in a mailer or box and ship them back to us.

FAQs

How do gift returns/exchanges work?

If you’ve received a BeWell product as a gift, we can help you with a return/exchange. We will need your name, order number and reason for return/exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?

We try our best to process your request as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email from us, generally within 24 business hours.

When will I receive refund?

Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and, if eligible, process the refund. Refunds are processed by us within 24 business hours. Note that it it may take 5 to 10 business days for your credit card company to process on their side. So, if you don't see the refund right away, don't worry - it is being processed by your credit card company.

What if I purchased the wrong color and/or size?

No worries! Follow the steps above and we're happy to help with an exchange for the correct item.

My item is defective, can I return it?

In the rare event that you receive a defecdtive item, don't worry! We can help you exchange or return the item. Also, we will cover the return shipping cost since it's defective and our fault.
