Full Policy Details

Timeframe: You have 30 days from purchase to request a return or exchange. Once approved, ship items back within one week.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items returned with odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use will incur a 5% cleaning/handling fee.

Defects: Report any defects within 10 days of receiving your order.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free shipping/gift orders: If your return brings your order total below the qualifying threshold, your refund will be adjusted to reflect standard shipping and/or the value of any free gift.

International orders: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders outside the U.S.
