Affiliate Policy - Summary of Terms

Welcome to the BeWell Affiliate Program!
By joining, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), which govern your participation in the program operated by We Are BeWell, LLC (“BeWell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Participation in this program constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to register or participate.

1. Program Eligibility & Approval

BeWell reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any Affiliate application without obligation to provide a reason or legal recourse.

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Maintain an active, public social media presence that aligns with BeWell’s brand values.

  • Accurately represent BeWell products and community mission.

Affiliates who misrepresent BeWell, violate community guidelines, or act against the brand’s values may be removed from the program at any time.

2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes

Upon approval, each Affiliate will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code for tracking purposes.

Terms of use:

  • Affiliate links may be shared via social media, blogs, newsletters, or other approved channels.

  • Only one commission will be awarded per sale — even if both a link and coupon are used.

  • Affiliates without a branded coupon code are not authorized to advertise one.

  • Customers who click multiple affiliate links will credit the most recent link used.

  • Codes and links must not be shared on coupon sites or spam forums.

Affiliates must disclose their relationship with BeWell according to FTC Guidelines, clearly stating that they may earn a commission.

3. Commission Structure & Payments

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique referral link or code.

Commission Details:

  • Commissions are based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).

  • Payments are issued monthly, within 15 business days after the end of each month.

  • Commissions are paid via [PayPal or store credit] once the affiliate’s account balance reaches $25 USD.

  • Payments are made after a 30-day verification and return period to ensure all transactions are finalized.

  • Transactions that result in chargebacks, cancellations, or refunds are not eligible for payment.

  • If your account has a negative balance due to returns or chargebacks, future commissions may be offset until cleared.

4. Tracking & Cookies

BeWell uses cookies to track referred customers.

  • Customers must have cookies enabled for tracking to function properly.

  • If a user clears their cookies or blocks tracking, BeWell cannot guarantee credit for that sale.

  • Cookie duration (the length of time a referral remains active) is specified on the affiliate signup page.

5. Marketing Resources

BeWell may provide marketing materials such as banners, product images, and logos within the affiliate dashboard or by request.

Affiliates may:

  • Use these materials for promotional purposes on approved platforms.

  • Not alter official BeWell branding, logos, or designs without prior written consent.

6. Content & Usage Rights

By tagging @wearebewell, using BeWell hashtags, or sharing affiliate codes, you grant BeWell a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to:

  • Repost, edit, or use your photos, videos, captions, and testimonials across BeWell’s website, social media, ads, and email.

  • Use any content created or shared as part of your affiliate participation — even if codes are later removed.

  • Modify, crop, or adapt your content for marketing purposes, with or without direct attribution.

BeWell retains the right to repost content created by affiliates with or without affiliate codes and to edit or repurpose such content at its discretion.

7. Brand Representation & Conduct

Affiliates must uphold BeWell’s image, integrity, and mission at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about BeWell products.

  • Using offensive, discriminatory, or harmful language or imagery.

  • Associating BeWell with competitors or unrelated brands that conflict with its mission.

  • Purchasing through your own affiliate link or code (“self-referrals”).

  • Using spam, bots, or deceptive practices to generate traffic or sales.

  • Misrepresenting your relationship with BeWell as an employee or representative.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Paid Search & Traffic Diversion

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Bidding on BeWell’s brand name, domain, or any variations/misspellings in paid search advertising.

  • Running ads that impersonate BeWell or use BeWell’s URL as the display link.

  • Capturing or diverting BeWell’s organic search traffic using paid ads.

9. Network Referrals (If Enabled)

If BeWell activates a referral network feature, affiliates may invite others to join as downline affiliates.

  • Upline affiliates may receive a small network commission on sales referred by their downline, per BeWell’s system settings.

  • All affiliates in the network remain subject to these same policies.

10. Termination

BeWell may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

  • Your affiliate link(s) and code(s) will be deactivated.

  • Any unpaid balance under $25 will be forfeited.

  • You must immediately discontinue use of BeWell branding, logos, and promotional materials.

  • Content previously shared or tagged remains licensed to BeWell under Section 6.

Affiliates may request voluntary removal from the program by contacting affiliates@wearebewell.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

BeWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. The program is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Agreement

By checking the box and submitting your application, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.

  • Have read and understood this Affiliate Program Policy.

  • Agree to comply with all terms listed herein.

  • Understand that BeWell may update or modify these terms at any time.
