A pair of the socks I ordered had a hole in them or got one in them the first time I was wearing them unfortunately. They are a nice comfy material and I appreciate that they are non slip.
It’s perfect. It took a minute to get used to holding it since my previous water bottle was narrower, but the flip lid with a handle and the sip “collar” is awesome! How can I get some extra lids? And, now my husband wants one.

I have tried a lot of water bottles for infusion days and long medial appointments, and eventually all of them leaked or chipped apart or just didn’t work well. This water bottle is wonderful! It’s sturdy, holds a good amount, and the pill compartment is a life saver for long work days or day travel when I don’t want to sling a pill organizer around. I did cover mine in fun stickers, but I made sure to leave the color and brand visible ☺️

love having the space for the pills but it leaks every time it falls over. can’t really travel with it since it’s so large and since it leaks. super bummed. difficult to use if you have bad wrists like me.

We do want to gently note that we haven't received similar feedback about leaking from other customers, so it’s possible that there may have been an issue with the silicone ring inside the lid. Sometimes if the ring becomes displaced during manufacturing or cleaning, it can cause leaks—and it’s usually a very easy fix!

I LOVE the tumbler. I especially love that there is a special spot for my extra meds where I can't lose them easily. The color is great, and I like how it comes with both a sip lid and a straw lid. Overall, it's a great product and I highly recommend it. However, if you have issues with your hands or wrists, I recommend being aware that you might need help with the bottom piece.
It was extremely soft and comfortable and the zippers did not stick out like others. The nurse was so impressed when I came in with this!

How do the hoodies wash? What about if it gets blood on it from a draw or insertion?
Hello! That really depends on where you live and the shipping speed you choose. We ship from PA. We have had people get items everywhere from 1-6 days on average. There are rare occurances of deliveries taking 10 days. Thank you!

Does this fit in a car drink holder? I love the concept!!!
While our cups aren't designed to fit in standard car cup holders, they're perfectly sized for the extra sturdiness in hospital rooms and infusion centers. This also allows that extra amount of compartment space. The wider base provides extra stability when you need it most - no wobbling during treatment days or spills on your desk at work! For on-the-go needs, we recommend using our lid and finding a secure spot in your bag, purse, front seat or using our Feel Good Tote which has dedicated drink compartments. We personally throw it on the passenger seat while driving. Thank you for the question!
Do you have any sweatshirts for men? My son has Crohns and gets infusions every 6 weeks. This would be great for him as he lives in Wisconsin.
Hello! All of our styles are unisex and designed with men in mind. You just need to check the size charts per product. You can see the IV Zip Hoodie on a man under the black/slate blue product pictures. If he is youth size, the 2XL is about 10/12 in sizing. Otherwise, we have adult hoodies that are XXS too.
